Marlins accept. Hicks has thrown at least 5 innings in 10 of his 11 starts, looks good. I like Clemmey a lot, but will prolly take 4 years to polish his stuff. This year seems like a developmental year for Nastrini, Arrighetti, and Meyers, so figured I need a more solid SP. Rangers to confirm.

Accept. I'm a fan of Hicks but I don't see him surviving with this level of production in the future so dealing him now when his value is at its peak. I'm rebuilding and Hicks won't help my team so decided to move him for a solid package of future assets. Good dealings Travis.
