I'm down already . PHI+52 LAA+34.6 Saturdays scores: PHI +14.2 LAA +34.9 Updated after Saturday..... PHI 66.2 LAA 69.5 Miggy leads the way once again for Philly, with his second straight homer in as many days. Although LA's relief pitching is proving valuable with three saves today. As their closers help them to over take the lead, and gain control. Two days in and it's just as close as everyone suspected. The fans should be in for a wild ride as we close in on the final days of the 2011 season.

Angels you're doing the scoring wrong. I've got it covered. You're up by 15.

Miggy does it again....3 straight games with a homerun. Ellsbury....not one to be outdone, had an amazing 3 HR day of his own. While the Angels lineup showed it has some pop as well. With V.Wells hitting his first HR of the series, and Torrealba collecting 5 RBIs in his first 2 HR day of the season. Storen picked up his second save of the series in as many chances.
Three games in and we've got a 1 point match. Both teams are proving through the first half of the series why they deserve to be here. The fans couldn't have asked for a more competitive culmination to the season.

The bullpen and a surprising day at the plate from catcher Y.Torrealba have kept the Angels lead alive in the World Series. However, the amazing offense from Miggy, Ellsbury, and Kemp is making it close.
Good luck guys.

Angels have Santana, Lewis, and Garza on the mound tonight. This night might decide the champion of the league.

Santana getting scratched hurt me.....I needed all three starts to have a chance. I'm going to need a big day from my closers, as well as for my lineup to get something going. Otherwise Philly will maintain his lead and take down our inaugural championship.

wow, what a world series. Ellsbury and Miggy brough in 100 points by themselves. But strong starts from Lewis and Garza have kept Angels alive.

LAA moves Trumbo to the bench, moves M.Young over to 1B, & inserts M.Dominguez into the lineup @3b.

Congrats Phillies on your much deserved championship! I was the wildcard, and the underdog in the fight, but I tried to give ya a good battle down to the end. When it was all said and done, my lack of late season starts, and overall lack of pop in my lineup....combined with your monsterous lineup....equaled a not so good result for me . Hopefully I can get my lineup back healthy again with HanRam, Kendry, and co. back up to full speed. Then I'll be able to get ya back next season . Once again....Congrats Phillies, on taking down our inaugural 2011 Championship.

Man, that was a heck of a series. Each day being close. Thanks Derrick. I know that I came in later in the season and took over the Phillies team, but I hope that the trades I made to add that pop is what helped. I look forward to 2012.
