The Phillies/Athletics deal involving star pitcher Gio Gonzalez has been reversed.

In the trade, Phillies included his 1st round pick:

Phillies send
Joe Blanton $8.5 Million 2012
Jurickson Profar $300,000
Carlos martinez $300,000
1st round 2012 pick

for
Gio Gonzalez ARB
Andrew Bailey ARB
Brad Ziegler ARB

However, he'd already dealt that pick to Giants in an earlier deal:

Phillies give
Vance Worley $300,000
Sebatian Valle $300,000
Trevor May $300,000
John Mayberry $400,000
1st round 2012 draft
3rd round 2012 draft
4th round 2012 draft

Giants give
Madison Bumgarner $400,000
Carlos Quentin $5M (ARB)
Tyrell Jenkins $300,000

So the deal with the Athletics is being reversed.
