Eric Surkamp 12:$300k 13:$300k 14:$300k 15:$300k

I accept. Indians gets a very cheap, high quality reliever for 2013 - the year he's aiming to compete. Rivera (when franchise-tagged for next season) will be incredibly cheap and very effective, meanwhile I get a decent prospect to compensate.
