Nationals trade:

Paul Clemens SP (SD) Arb 2 of 7 800K 

Mariners accept, Clemens has a chance to start so for me that was worth sending 2 guys who are both currently trying to right the ship at triple A. if they do then great for Dave, He'll have 2 more solid options out of the bullpen. but there is a chance that Clemens doesn't start, but i think he would still be worth those 2 guys anyway.
