He has 149 AB - I don't think he's eligible. It's 100 AB in a season. He's good.

With the 30 pick of round 5 (150th overall) in the 2017 B.K.D.B MiLB Draft, the Los Angeles Angels select.... from the New York Yankees organization: Oswaldo Cabrera, second baseman.

This concludes round 5.
151.) TOR is now on the clock to start round 6.

I've been out of town for the past eight days, checking in from time to time when I get the chance to. I'm scheduled to be home early this evening. If the draft stuff isn't updated by the time I get home I'll take care of it.
Thank you to everyone for helping to keep things moving along.

wait so is the pick valid or not?

The pick should be valid - The Twins had a few days to make up their missed pick. If we upheld this rule, the Angels would not be allowed any make-up selections.
Perhaps we limit to 24 hour make-up period?

Round 5 has been processed. Everything should be up to date! No worries, Derrick!

Perhaps we limit to 24 hour make-up period? The pick should be valid. I get limiting owners to a clock, but if the last person in the round doesn't get the same freedom that doesn't make much sense. Perhaps we can work on a solution to this by the time the next MiLB Draft rolls around. For now, I processed Derrick's pick.

I appreciate that the last team doesn't have more than its 24 hours OTC, whereas technically the 1st team in the round has literally days, although each pick made after he is passed bye limits what is available to him; which is not the case with the final pick in the round. We also want to keep the drafts moving; I think a full 24 hour period would be too much (after all, teams do know when their turn is getting close), so I would suggest an 8 hour grace period (ie. 1/3 of a day). I haven't checked but if the amateur Draft has the same rules, whatever adjustment is made should be implemented starting with that draft. Just some thoughts...

Well, the Amateur Draft is different, being that we don't skip people, they're just auto-picked to the next highest available player to be drafted. So the problem of picking after your allotted time goes away during the Amateur Draft. But we should definitely figure something out for this draft for next year. Gene (Former Athletics GM),
