Bryce Harper 17: $11M (6 of 7 - Type A)
75% of 2017 contract ($8.25M)
Giants trade:
C Chance Sisco $300k
INF Jeimer Candelario $300k
P Luiz Gohara $300k
P Jen-Ho Tseng $300k
Das and I have talked regarding Harper's injury this evening, and the deal is being made with 2018 in mind.

Giants accept. As promised a second blockbuster, this one might not have the same impact on the playoffs this season. I didn't want to part with these prospects, but when offered a player like Bryce Harper, it's hard to say no, and believe me, I tried saying no a few times before Mike got me to agree. I hope Harper will only miss a short amount of time, but even if he is out for the season, he should fit into my outfield very nicely for the 2018 season.

Approve. Given the injury I suppose this makes the deal work, though I don't see how these 4 prospects are better than exclusive rights to Bryce Harper's franchise tag. Das must have some potion that convinces people to give him their best players (or just a really good negotiator).

Approve, i think this is a decent deal. I know it's very cheap Bryce Harper, but for a headliner Sisco is good and plays a position where it's hard to find much offensive production. The rest of the return boasts useful guys in my opinion.

I'm gonna veto. Harper has gone for much more in the past, and arguably the second or third best batter in the game should warrant more specs in my opinion. Especially when you get him for next year, and have Franchise Tag ability on him.
