Looks like my trade is well on its way of getting vetoed.  I accept this instead.  I solidly my infield for the future along with picking up a guy i think is a future ace.

I accept. I feel that infield is a position of depth on my team so Albies and DeJong won't kill my offensive production and McCutchen's monster contract will be off my books by the time I take on Stanton's full $$.

i'm going to approve as well, Albies is an impact player and one you need to receive for a guy like Stanton, i think Caleb might be pushing it on calling Manning a future Ace. But he does look like he could be a very good SP in the future. For me personally i would have liked to see another good piece head to Chicago but i think this deal is passable. the Royals taking on more of the contract is another significant reason.

allow. Glad the White Sox were able to find a deal to move Stanton. Matt Manning is being called a work in progress, I don't want to tap the glass if you don't understand what that means. Albies has a ton of hype and there are alot of knowledgable baseball people are really high on Albies, but looking at his track record, I don't see superstar, but that is just me. I'm impressed with the ability Dejong has displayed in his transition to the majors, could be future All-Star. In the scheme of Stanton and the White Sox, the White Sox have hurt their franchise more than they have helped, to each their own, I'm clearly not on the same planet as the rest of you when it comes to figuring out the value of prospects.
