Brantley got my through half of my roughest stretch of the schedule and the Nationals will be forever grateful for his service to the team. I feel like my other 17 outfielders will do a sufficient job the rest of the way. I might regret trading him to another NL playoff team but there’s only one way to find out.

Sorry for the delay. Rockies confirm. I'm sixth in scoring... yet Brantley will be my 3rd best hitter on my team immediately. I really needed to add another bat. I don't think this is a crazy cost to add a hitter who's been in the 3.5 to 4.0 points per game range for years. Good talks Tim.
