Still hanging on by a thread for a possible playoff spot, but I'm facing having to move a ton of money around in the winter, and really didn't want to box myself into a corner of having to do it all in the offseason. With my prospect cupboard pretty empty beyond my big 3, so it'll be nice to have some more depth in my farm system.

Corbin hasn’t had a great year but his performances have been trending up as the Nats have gotten hot. Controllable pitching is expensive and I don’t like giving up Cappe, but it’s worth it to grab more SP points over the next 3 years to me.

Approve. I'm not in love with the specs. The two IFA could be something in 4 years (awhile). Catcher has a little power. And Deshields is whatever. But since there's no money covered on last 2 years of Corbin, Indians shouldn't have to give up as much to get Corbin. It's fine. I think Orioles could've done better, but not by a lot.

Approve. Corbin seems to have righted the ship so it probably a good deal for this season, but $70 mil over the next two is a gamble. The specs are a ways off tho so I think it’s pretty fair for both sides.
