Still looking towards the upcoming offseason and creating some flexibility to make trades and FA signings. Giving up a pre arb starting SS is not easy but I feel the talent I'm adding could end up making up for the loss.

I was looking for a short stop and reacquired my former backup catcher! Jokes aside, IKF is a solid pre-Arb short stop and I’m not overly sold on anyone I’m giving up. Yamamoto ended up being worse than I was hoping when I traded for him, Diaz has pop but hasn’t figured out the MLB level yet, and Burger could be good, but is injury prone. I hope all of them figure it out and can stay healthy, but I’d much rather sure up my lineup going into the playoffs.
