Free Agency is opening soon as we cruise towards 2022! Bidding will open at 8AM ET on Sunday, January 2.
Here's a couple notes for you as you begin your bidding.
I probably won't be on a lot between now and then with work and family stuff.

Here's a couple notes for you as you begin your bidding.
- Here is the Bid Calculator, it's also on the top navigation bar. We use a point system for bidding, so get familiar with it and use it! This also allows you to get a discount based on the amount of years offered on a contract. It's easy to use, Will has done a great job putting it together. Put it to use!
- Here is the Free Agency Tracker that Will has created. Use this to help track all the bids on players. Remember, you cannot have bids exceeding your current cap space out on the market.
- Quick hits on the free agency rules: five years is the maximum bid, $300k is the minimum value to start a bid.
- 72 hours until a bid wins a player for the first week. Starting at 8AM ET on Sunday, January 9th, bids will only need 48 hours to win a player.
- Restricted Free Agents that have a winning bid on them will have a 48 hour period after the signing for the team with restriction rights to decide whether or not to match or decline the winning bid on a player.
