I propose we implement a lottery like MLB's for the top 6 picks in the Amateur draft. This would mean the worst-finishing six teams would have an equal chance at receiving picks #1 through #6. Picks 7-30 would remain assigned out as current.
This language probably needs fine tuning, so please suggest changes, etc.
