I accept. I need to upgrade my rotation very badly and even though Bills has been brutal in the second half, he'd still be one of my better SP. With Reyes at SS, I can afford to give up Colon.

Veto.
Billingsley is a proven winner on the big league level.
He has at least 12 wins the last 4 years on a mediocre team.
With an average of about 3.50 ERA.
That's not low end,that's a good pitcher.
C.Colon on the other hand is a grade B prospect.
Not top 50.He's nr 148 on the latest list by Deep Leagues.
Nr 8 on the Fangraphs list of Royals Prospects
Can he become a good MLB player? Maybe yes,maybe no.
But trading such a prospect for a proven MLB Pitcher seems like robbery to me.
