If you want the grade based off of how elite I think it is right now then I'd say around a B. The only really elite guys that I see are Starling, Bauer and Barnes. There have been a lot of questions raised about Bauers BB/9 and how well Starling can actually hit since hes never seen an milb pitch. Guys like Ross, Paxton, Kelly, Campos, Liriano, Domoromo, Santana, and Alfaro are all really too raw to even judge at this stage due to injuries/Reliever vs Starter questions and unspectacular results so far in their careers. I think that you could really have a great system if a lot of the raw guys pan out, but if they don't then you may be a bit disappointed in some of them. I think that the upside of your system is an A but the downside due to the # of raw prospects could be in the C/C- range 3 years down the road. In 3-4 years given that this league is still alive you could have a high caliber team or a middle of the road team still looking to add prospects. In my experience "super spect" teams don't pan out often. I'd like to here what others have to say as well! Could be a good system though!

Need a big time hitting prospect. I'd give it a B+/A- if that was an option, but since B is closer I voted for that.

I wouldn't say your farm system is an A, but it definitely is a solid B. I would recommend trading some of those SPs for bats or trade one of your elite guys for multiple prospects. I do think Starling is overrated as he will be starting at a very low level (Rookie or SS idk).
If you were to truly rebuild I would try and get a young player in the MLB who is proven, so you can build your team around that player.
