Bronson Arroyo ('12: $7M, '13: $6.5M)
Reds send $18M to cover 2012 salaries of Phillips & Arroyo (no 2013 salary relief is provided).

Josh Rutledge ('12: 400K)
Daniel Straily ('12: 400K)

Probably not, but since it shows up on the spreadsheet I didn't want the deal to get rejected since for 2012 it would put Royals over the cap.
