TO BE PROCESSED AND VOTED ON AFTER ROUND 1 OF SUPPLEMENTAL DRAFT:
Astros Acquire: RP Bruce Billings (300k) 200k (for Bruce Billings)
Athletics Acquire: SP Christian Binford (300k)
I basically trade 200k for a draft pick. Allen didn't want to anybody and was going to lose the pick anyway.

Please don't post trades until they can be voted on. Please stop calling it the supplemental draft, it's the Minor League Draft. Also we have a league minimum salary of $0.3M so this trade can't happen anyway. Just letting you know.

The minor league draft has been confusing new owners (with the am. draft) since its inception. I prefer to avoid confusion in voting.
His salary is still 300k, but two different teams are paying his salary. If a major leaguer is traded midseason on a 700k deal (350k per team) is the deal illegal? No it is not, and the trade can happen.

I'd appreciate if you didn't post these as well until after the rounds are completed Noah... also, the rules state on draft pick trading that players in drafts cannot be traded until after their "block of rounds". Round 1 and 2 players can be traded after Round 2. Round 3 and 4 after Round 4, etc. So this can't be done until after the second round.
