I accept. It's time to start the rebuilding process after a brutal start to the year. Perez is tough to move but he's in his second to last year of arbitration and he's much better suited to a team that is competing now. Contreras is a very good catching prospect for a very good team and will hopefully be ready by the time we're ready to compete. The second round pick will hopefully yield a good rebuilding piece.
