Hey guys, I've been thinking about potentially a few changes to the way we roll out the league staff. First of all, it's important that we vote for a league staff for next season to help immediately with this off-season. I'm trying to keep up with everything, but I know I'll slow down again once January hits. It'd be great to have some help through the MiLB Draft and Free Agency processing. I think the fairest way to do it would be for people to step up to be put on the ballot. If it was by nomination, I'm not sure if those nominated would truly want to be a part of this. Also, I think it might be beneficial to reduce the amount of members on the league staff. It'd be a lot more focused and centralized. A new idea, I think it may be beneficial for me to create a second account to manage my team. As a result of this, the "admin" account could be run by the 3-4 who are on the league staff, so that everyone would be able to work on the forum. We could name it something fun like Rob Manfred Let me know your thoughts on this! Thanks! - Alex

What exactly are the responsibilities of the league staff? There aren't really exact responsibilities. We can split up different roles, but it'd just be general help with processing transactions, promoting league discussion, maintenance on ESPN, etc.
