New FA Compensation Vote

Hey guys,

Not sure if everyone saw this discussion as there was minimal chatter on the post, but Will proposed what I think is an excellent upgrade to the way we compensate teams for lost players during Free Agency with draft picks.

I'm going to put this poll out of sight. Clearly, we hadn't thought through or discussed everything we wanted to on the discussion thread. We can vote again later when we have a better idea of what we want.
