ROSTERS
OFFICIAL ROSTERS
All team rosters will be carefully recorded via Official Roster Spreadsheets. The League Staff will be responsible for the upkeep of these rosters.
It's important that teams keep a separate copy of their roster in their team board, in order to catch discrepancies. If you see an issue with your Official Roster, please notify League Staff.
ROSTER LIMITS
There is no limit to the amount of players a team can have, so long as they are under the salary cap.
On Fantrax, teams are required to have their roster up to date. All major and minor league players should be in Fantrax database to be added to your team. If a player is missing, please let the League Staff know.
Rosters may only include players in Major League Baseball. If a player currently on your roster signs with a foreign league after already being on your team, you may retain the player. However, teams may not draft or sign players currently playing for a foreign league team.

Teams are responsible for setting their lineup DAILY. Lineups can be set weeks in advance. Utilize all the players on your team.
POSITION ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a certain position, a position player must have played 20 games at that position the previous season or 10 games at that position in the current season. A starting pitcher must have started 5 games in the previous season or 3 games in the current season. A relief pitcher must have appeared in 8 games in the previous season or 5 games in the current season.
FANTRAX ROSTER DEADLINE
Teams must have their roster (MLB and MiLB) completely set and up to date on the scoring site at least two weeks prior to the start of the season.
MINOR LEAGUE ROSTERS
Teams may have an unlimited number of prospects on their minor league rosters. All minor league players will be given a contract of $300k.
The definition of a minor league player is a player that has not reached 130 AB (At Bats) for hitters or any of 50 IP (Innings Pitched), 10 GS (Games Started), or 20 RA (Relief Appearances) for pitchers in a single season.
Minor league players can be released without penalty.
TEAM CONTROL
A player loses his minor league status if he exceeds 130 AB or 50 IP, 10 GS, or 20 RA in a single season. Once this occurs, he enters his seasons under MLB team control, where the player is paid as follows. (Note: Year 1 is the same as the year a player loses his minor league status)
Year 1 - $300,000
Year 2 - $800,000
Year 3 - $800,000
A player only advances a year in team control if they have a season in which they exceed 130 AB or 50 IP, 10 GS, or 20 RA. Following Year 3, the player will move to arbitration (see section 3).
Players with under MLB team control status can be released without penalty.
