Orioles trade:
2019 1st Rounder (BAL - 2nd overall) OF Blake Rutherford #300k 1B Pavin Smith $200k P Keegan Akin $300k P Brandon Bielak $300k
Indians trade:
SS Royce Lewis $300k
I use some of the prospect depth I've acquired to add a top-tier prospect. Indians spread out risk by adding the 2nd overall pick in the draft as well as four solid prospects.

Indians accept.
It sucks to lose a top 15 prospect, but I’m able to add a couple of near bigs pitchers with good track records, the 2nd overall pick, and a couple of decent hitting prospects. Smith will inherit 1B in Arizona soon. I’m excited to see what the 1.2 pick can get me too!
Good design with you, Michael!

I'm going to veto.
Bielak (HOU #19) is solid in AA, his 2-5 record may not show it but a 2.23 ERA and 1.21 WHIP points to a solid arm in my opinion.
Akin (BAL #11) winning record at 14-7 with a 3.27 ERA and 1.25 WHIP with a K per inning has a good ability to be a long reliever or back end of the rotation guy.
Smith (ARZ #4) is keeping up a solid BA of .270+ as well as keeping a near 1-1 K/BB ratio plus he has an OPS of approximately .750 which I can still deem as solid.
Rutherford (CWS #7) has a 20.5% K rate so far in almost 1000 AB's, aside from that he is batting with similar, but better metrics than Smith.
Then you add a pick off the top for someone who can be Rutschman, Witt Jr., Langeliers etc...
In return there is only Royce Lewis, yes I get it, expensive due to the fact that he's MIN #1, SS #2 and Overall #7 who's hit .288 with an OPS of .800
I just find this to be a large overpay in my mind so I, unfortunately, veto it.

Approve, looking at the MLB Value of each and assigning a 55FV for pick 1.2, the Indians return nets them $47.7M in value, and Royce Lewis is 60 FV, valued at $55M. Trade is fine, the trade backsies is weird with these teams though.

If anything this is light for Lewis. He is a good bet to be the #1 prospect in the sport by the end of the year

Approve. I agree with Max. I think it's only just enough because Lewis is in high a. If he was any farther this would almost be too little.
