Giants accept. In the WBC, Puerto Rico sent Fernando Cruz to start against the stacked Dominican lineup and he fared alright, at 32 years old I'm not sure what he has left and he doesn't particularly dominate on the mound, I could see the Reds using him as an 7th inning option and will hopefully add some more depth to the old arm barn.
