I accept. The potential of JDP is very alluring and I will take the massive upside shot in my position. I think Black has all the tools to be a starter, hope for Will's sake he can refine the control and make it work

De Paula is going to be on every Top 100 list next year - but the opportunity to get an MLB-ready SP with upside was too enticing. Black has dominated AA this year and may have even passed Kyle Harrison on the depth chart. Black and Peguero both offer some great upside much sooner than de Paula, and I get to add extra players to the roster sheet.
