Currently a Gleyber injury away from running Kolten Wong out as my 2B, so was looking to bolster my middle infield depth.

Accept. With Holliday getting reps at 2b now, I had a surplus of ss/2B and get a top prospect and some fliers for that depth. And like with all my trades… more money freed up for upcoming seasons

Approve, I guess. Another steal for Mike and the next lopsided Orioles trade I will probably veto before this gets carried away, just being honest. Trading away Jake Bauers 2.0 for a the #~5-7 2B with SS eligibility. I don't see what the rush in trading Hoerner for this package was.

Agree with Will on one point, really don’t understand the rush here. I don’t think Hoerner is necessarily a 3.9 PPG guy like last year, but even if he settles as a 3.5 PPG guy for the remainder of his team control, that would be a very fortunate outcome for Manzardo (or any non-elite prospect, really). Yet, nothing here is veto worthy
