Veto. Sorry, starting pitchers have never gone for a 12th. Correct me if I'm wrong. He also gets a really valuable utility guy.
Kyle Hendricks is in the rotation, not a SP/RP guy. A 12th for Rosario alone makes sense. I think Scott will get more easily if this gets vetoed.
