NYY GET: Tyler Chatwood 400k
for
StL GET: Hector Noesi (MiLB) 300k StL GET: Cito Culver (MiLB) 300k
I accept this offer because it gives me a good young pitcher and lowers my cap just a little.

All of these vetoes are really starting to disgust me. I'm more keen to Jon's thinking any more with the recent runs of people putting all their "analysis" and expectations for said players being dealt.
Simple for me, 1) As long as the trade benefits both teams (This does), 2) Isn't absolutely absurd, and 3) No collusion. As long as none of those are breached, it's fine in my book.
Now said, Chatwood got moved to Colorado over the winter for Chris Iannetta, and although he didn't pitch exactly terrible in his rookie outing, he also didn't pitch particularly well. And moving to Colorado's park only makes it worse.
And for Noesi and Culver, the one should break with Seattle's rotation, and Culver is a decent prospect.
ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong with this trade.

Approve ve ve ve I think each of these guys has the chance to become equally random MLB pitchers, which isn't all that bad in a 30 team league.

Astros, I agree with you regarding vetoes but at least we can easily say that no good deals have been overturned by some of these ridiculous vetoes.

Approve! Great deal for both, only a minor cap difference, but Cards has lots of pitching depth so he can do a deal like this.
