Hey,
I found a small (but easily fixable problem). Right now we have an open adding dropping system so when people make trades or sign players they can add them by themselves. However, this could get messed up if a GM doesn't check in on his trade or just forgets to drop the necessary players.
So, I'm proposing each division has a manager. They would monitor trades/signings for the teams in their division, and if a team has been lacking in updating something, the manager takes care of it.
Personally, it's too much for me to be checking every team to make sure their roster is correct, so this would help.
Yeah, so basically 5 guys (i'll do my own division) that will monitor the teams in their division.
Let me know if you're interested or what you think of the idea!

I'd recommend the opponents of a team check their roster... it's just good sense.
