In efforts to get younger the Giants have agreed to send
Carlos Gonzalez: $5 Million 2012, $7.5 Million 2013, $10.5 Million 2014, $16 Million 2015, $17 Million 2016, $20 Million 2017
to the Phillies for
Mike Stanton: $400,000 (3 of 4)
Francisco Lindor (prospect)
Giants to confirm when he gets off work.

I think CarGo is a little better, but the contract evens it up. Lindor is great, but the deal is not vetoable. Approve.

Approve. In the end I think the team getting Stanton and Lindor wins the deal, but it is not a lopsided, unfair deal.

This is a points league and Stanton's Ks will constantly eat away at his value. This is why he's been passed around so much. Every team gets sick of the negative points and wants to pass the buck.
