This trade is awful. I don't care if Beachy had TJ surgery, he's been one of the most dominant pitchers in baseball for the last 2 years and is under control for a long long time. On top of that, Fiers is a good pitcher too. Weeks might be a bit on the expensive side in the MLB but in this league he makes his money.
Who do the Brewers get? Pretty much Eovaldi and Buerhle, who's now pitching in the AL East in a hitter friendly park.
What's the logic here - I just don't get it.
To sum up:
Beachy > Buehrle (by a lot when you consider team control)
Fiers > Eovaldi (by a good amount as well considering what Fiers accomplished year 1)
Weeks > McElroy + Segura
Brewers loses on every front here and A's need to up the ante if they want quality players.

My question: Doesn't it seem like Noah is involved in a ton of vetoed trades? I'm not accusing him of collusion or anything of the sort, but why does this always seem to happen to him?
