GIANTS get: SP - Brandon Beachy - Atl.
BREWERS get: SP - Mike Kickham - Sf. SP - Michael Fulmer - NYM.
Giants accept, since I was invited into this league by the commish, I have been trying to acquire Brandon. I was very fortunate to have the opportunity to coach Brandon in high school for 4 years in Indiana. He is a great young man and I am hoping he is back in the rotation by June.

Am I missing something here? both these prospects don't crack the top 100 on any lists I've looked at, and although they both have chances to make the Major Leagues, Beachey had a 2.00 ERA last year before he went down and looks to be an elite pitcher in years to come. Veto (3-1).

Baseball prospectus has Fulmer 98 and many people have stated Kickham in the top 5 of the Giants' organization. The upside of these 2 is just as much, if not more, than a guy coming off of tommy john.

ID strongly disagree with that, Beachey is still young and most guys can recover just fine from Tommy John, see: Strasburg, Stephen.

agree to disagree. beachy has never pitched more than 141 innings in his professional career. the earliest he's back is june, some are saying he might not be back until september. yes beachy has high upside, but let's not just assume every time somebody has tommy john that they recover like stephen strasburg. many a pitcher have also came back never the same.
