Sorry to keep this up, but I need a reason from Padres for doing this deal. Otherwise, I'm vetoing it. A 1st rounder with stuff for a guy out for the year who was on the downturn and a 3rd string catcher who was optioned to AAA.
I'm withholding my vote until Padres backs this up. This is just throwing your 1st rounder out the window...

I march the 60 day dl'd him and I think it was retroactive to some time ago but nothing since, last we heard was mid may but theres no way of knowing if the Marlins won't update us haha

I just read something that said he started running on the treadmill but don't expect him back until the all star break but don't rule himout for the rest of the year.
