Pirates TRADE: Jeff Locke PIT SP, $400K (2016)
Rockies TRADE: Andrew Heaney MIA LHP, $300K (Prospect)
I accept. Locke has been hot but I honestly don't think he can keep it up. Heaney is a Top 100 spec and with the Marlins woes he should be up by Opening Day of 2014. Good luck Alex!

Rockies confirm. Locke is basically what I hope Heaney will be in the majors, so why risk waiting on Heaney in the minors? Locke's been a top 30 pitcher this season, and doesn't have much competition to lose his job if he struggles.
