Pirates TRADE: Jorge Alfaro TEX C, $300K (Spec) and 2013 FYPDs 1.09 and 2.15
GiantS TRADE: 2013 FYPD 1.05

I accept! It's a steep price for 4 spots but it's worth it. The difference between picks 5 and 9 for me is worth a Top 125 C and a mid-2nd rounder considering all the other assets I have. With prospects it's about consolidation to get the best ones possible whereas with major leaguers it's maximizing assets. This represents the former. Good luck Dolan!

I realize I'll miss out on one of the top 5, but I feel good about the return I'm getting.
