RHP-David Perez-TEX (13:$7.3M, 14:$7.3M, 15:$7.3M, 16:$7.3M, 17:$7.3M)


CHW trades:
SP-C.Buchholz-BOS (13:$5.5M, 14:$7.7M, 15:$10M, 16:$13M/opt, 17:$13.5M/opt)
75% of his salary in 2013 $4.1M- '13 1.4M
C-John Buck-NYM (13:$6.5M)

I agree to this deal. I am glad to move a once Cy Young contending pitcher to a team contending. It's nice to clear quite a bit of money over a few days and get quite a few quality prospects back. Nice dealing Derrick and good luck!

I confirm. I hate losing 3 of my top prospects for an injured pitcher, but I need to try to shed some future help for some current help. I'm counting on a post injury bounce back from Buchholz (fingers crossed). Buck gives me a starter at a position of need, and Wilson could provide some late season bullpen depth..

Like I said, I hate to lose the top prospects, but I need to try to make some moves to keep pace with all the movers and shakers over in the AL.

WOW! GREAT MOVE DERRICK! I love the deal for both but all 3 of the players derrick got here will all help his team a lot! He got the catcher he wanted and a RP and SP with it too. Also good spects that he is getting in return for Clayton.

I absolutely love this for Clayton. Polanco is an immensely talented and fast rising prospect, Cowart and Lindsey are very good, and the others are solid. Buchholz is hurt and I'm not sure he'll be back healthy again this year. Maybe hurt but not full strength. Buck posts some okay power numbers and who knows what Wilson is without the beard haha. Either way, Approve (2-0)

Well...I personally would use the veto. White Sox is taking on two big prospect contracts AND covering salary... and he's not really getting elite farm talent... but this deal is already official.
