Athletics Acquire: SS Carlos Correa (300k) SS Jorge Polanco (300k) OF Tyler Naquin (300k)
Marlins Acquire: 1.3 in Draft 2B Ryan Gennett (800k)
My farm system adds Correa (who will now be the poster child for the franchise), Polanco (my future replacement for Gennett), and Tyler Naquin (great depth for a system lacking in it).

Accept. Between the 2, 3, and 8 picks I can replenish from the trades I made. Gennett is someone I think can be a nice option at 2B. Plus he's cheap and controlled.

This deal can't be accepted yet. Noah, your trade to acquire this pick is only a day old and it has no votes on it yet.

Noah, wait until the your trade for the 1/3 is approved before you post this trade that involves that pick which you currently do not officially own yet.

Veto
Carlos Correa is absolutely more valuable than the 3rd pick in the draft. He is a top 10 prospect at the most valuable position on the diamond (and he has the potential to stay there, although he could move). He was tearing it up this season before a bad luck injury, and was/is definitely in the conversation for #1 overall prospect in baseball, even with the injury. The 3rd pick will be about a top 30 prospect, however one with no professional experience. Adding to Correa to obtain the pick in the form of Polanco and Naquin is lunacy. Polanco alone may not eclipse Gennett yet, however with Naquin the scales are at the very least even in that portion of the deal. Definitely a no from me.

I don't think so. Nobody really had a chance to vote, and only one vote is not sufficient at all (even if it is MY vote ). I think we should give another day or two for votes on this because it's clearly somewhat controversial.
