Doug Fister, $1.9m ('15)

George Springer, 2 of 7, $0.8m
Houston Street, $5m ('15)
4th rd amateur draft pick
I accept. Although I give up two good players with a good annual salary I felt I needed to make a move for the future and I hope Springer can live up to the promise and hype that's been given to him.

This is really hard, but I have to veto this. Fister and Brantley would normally be worth Springer, but Springer alone should be worth more than Brantley, and Fister/Brantley are on one year deals. It would be impossible for the Reds to keep both Fister and Brantley going into next year. The Padres get Huston Street and a pick to boot. I'm sorry, but VETO.

I accept this trade. I feel like I'm getting a good, proven, cheap OF who is near the top of the league. I also get a cheap SP for a RP. Fister will be a nice addition to my rotation if I can't retain my restricted SPs. Nice deal Padres and good luck!
