Jon Niese, salary reimbursed 75% for 2015 only, so his cap hit to A's is $2.5M ($2.475M to be precise)
Brewers receive:
Roenis Elias, Jorge Polanco, Josh Hader
From my perspective, I move a good young pitcher and cover salary for depth and specs

Note: Alex/Other Commissioners: if you need to keep salaries to one decimal place, you can put $2.4M on the A's cap for Jon Niese, and $7.5M on my cap.
