Rockies confirm. Soriano hasn't signed yet... not sure if he'll be closing anywhere this season and he's up to 35 in age. I cut a little bit of cap to grab some more flexibility in trades and IFA signings. O'Neill is young and has power in him, Stanek has untapped potential clouded by injuries, and then I grab two draft picks. Looks solid.

Veto on basis Soriano is unsigned. He may retire, may play, who knows? But two guys and two picks for an unsigned player is not a good trade to me. If he was signed, Id say it's kosher. One of the top relievers in the game.
