Directly from our updated draft rules posted below our league rules:
"One exemption involves international free agents (IFAs) coming to MLB from foreign professional leagues. Players who are at least 23 years old and who have played three years in a recognized professional league, such as Japan's Nippon Professional Baseball, will be exempt. Beginning in 2014-15 IFAs must have four years of pro experience to be exempt. These exempt players will be available via our leagues free agency process sometime towards the end of February each off season."

BIDDING WILL END 4/12/15 at 7PM CT, SUBMIT BIDS UNTIL THEN.
As stated above, these players are not eligible to be drafted in our 2015 MiLB draft. They will be posted later on tonight (Sunday April 5th) and their services will have to be won via our leagues free agency process. Bidding is done via silent bidding, with your bids being PMed to our league MLBPA account. Bidding will last seven days giving each GM ample time to research this years class. You only get one potential bid per player, and you must have enough current available cap space to cover all bids placed. If you outbid your current cap space in total bids placed then all your bids will be voided. So keep that in mind when placing said bids.
