The Diamondbacks have agreed to trade:
John Jaso C - 7M (2015) 7M (2016)
Raul Navarro SS - .3M spec
to the Braves in exchange for:
Koji Uehara RP - 7.5M (2015)
Jaso is currently hurt but will be back to help the Braves the later half of the season and next year as well. Koji is a 1 year rental on an upgrade at RP that I so desperately need. Nice working with you Jared.
