The Diamondbacks have agreed to trade:

Nelson Cruz OF - 9M (2015), 9M (2016)

to the Yankees in exchange for:

Jarred Cosart SP - .8M (3 of 7)
Yimi Garcia RP - .3M spec
Kevin Plawecki C - .3M spec
Trevor Story SS - .3M spec
Kevin Ziomek SP - .3M spec

It was going to take a lot to want me to trade Cruz.  He was a top 10 scorer last season and is currently the top scorer this season.  Throw in the fact that he's way under market value at 9M this season and next, and it was going to take a lot.  I'm giving up an MVP candidate but getting a lot of pieces that will hopefully help my future.  Nice working with you Jerry.

I accept the trade with the D'backs. I gave up some young players with a great upside, but for the next 2 years I am getting a great Baseball player.
