Swap amongst the Beltway teams:
Orioles trade:
3rd Round Pick (BAL)
RP Casey Janssen (16: $900k)
RP Oliver Perez (16: $1M, 17: $1M)
Nationals trade:
SS Jimmy Rollins (16: $300k)
Rollins will likely split time with Tyler Saladino in Chicago this year, and possibly end up handing the job over. But Yunel Escobar lost SS eligibility this year, and I'm in desperate. Adding Rollins is far better than leaving the spot abandoned, and the Nationals get a draft pick and a pair of relievers (both of whom figure to see more action than a good amount of his current guys) to bolster his pen.
