Red Sox get:  Matt Holliday, ($17.0m) '16, ($17.0m option) '17
                        Padres 6th Rd amateur draft pick

Padres accept.  Need for a need.  Hopefully my OF will be strong enough without the presence of Holliday but I have to do something.
