I accept. It sucks moving a top 20 player like Rizzo, but with his impending FA status and higher salary projection, it would be tough to retain him. Getting Jon Lester really helps sure up my rotation for 2018 before FA even begins. Morrison will help fill the positional void Rizzo leaves. Good deal Stephen!

Accepted. The opportunity to trade for a top player like Rizzo and a positional player that I am hoping will bounce back to his 2016 form in Villar was something that I was very interested in. I was glad I had the win now pieces (Lester, LoMo, and cap space) along with a few future pieces to get it done.
