Yankees wish to trade
Tim Beckham 3of7 - .80
for
Andrew Toles 2of7 .80
Kyle Farmer C/LAD rookie
Alex Mejia SS/STL rookie
Beckham is now the starting SS at Bal and playing great so I am trading an nice SS for an injured OF'r and some roster depth. I am depending on Toles taking his starting OF job back and playing like he did before he was injured.

Nats accept hate to lose a talent in toles and really like farmer but excited to add a solid ss and fill a huge hole for our lineup

Allow. I like this trade for the Nationals, the Yankees are getting some interesting pieces in return, Kyle Farmer has the looks of a super utility player, Alex Mejia was on in Memphis this season and when Andrew Toles is healthy he has produced. Tim Beckham turned a corner when he was traded to the O's, small sample size, but if it's real, Beckham might be living up to his draft day expectations.
