The Colorado Rockies and the Los Angeles Dodgers have agreed to the following trade:

Rockies trade:
Marten Gasparini ($300k)
COL 5th

Dodgers trade:
Ryan Goins ($300k)


Rockies confirm. Just looking for some cheap infield depth before people get overpaid in free agency. Also, I like Goins going forward, just because defense alone can get a guy on the field for a good number of games.

The Dodgers Accept. I'm continuing on my rebuild quest. And although Goins does get a decent amount of playing time he really is more of a backup that you can throw in when your starter is off for the day. I also like picking up some more young talent and a pick.
