Orioles upgrade in the outfield, round out their group. Dodgers add a cheaper option at outfield (and gain a year of control), as well as a pair of prospects, and add an additional $6.5M to their cap space, leaving them with about $90M to spend in free agency. Dodgers going to be MAJOR players this winter!
