P, Trevor Gott ($800k)

Nationals trade:
INF, Taylor Motter ($800k)
C, Tomas Nido ($300k)
P, Jen-Ho Tseng ($300k)


Rockies accept. Looking to cut a little more cap space for free agency and having a couple starting catchers isn't necessary. Not a ton of upside anywhere here in my opinion, but hopefully this will give me some more depth for the future.

Nationals accept, needed a starting catcher, and he has several years left on a friendly contract and would not have been able to pick up a catcher of that level on free agent list.
