Rockies confirm. Saw that Astros GM (Will) made a deal, so naturally had to counter. Like many have said, I think we're expecting players in free agency to be expensive. Salazar is on a relatively cheap contract for the next two seasons, and has a ton of upside, whether he stays with the MLB Indians or goes to another spot like Chicago. I love the high strikeout rate. Hoping the injury problems can be put behind him in 2018 and he can give me a solid 150 innings at least. |
